Our topic this term is called Around the World - focusing on Italy. As part of our work we shall be visiting Caerleon Roman Fortress and Baths to find out about the history of the Romans in Wales.
We shall be finding out about key landmarks in Italy and comparing them to Wales, designing and making our own pizzas as well as learning a little Italian along the way!
In language we shall be focussing on writing diaries of a Roman soldier as well as scripting our own adverts for pizzas.
In addition, as part of our working Curiculwm Cymraeg, we shall be learning about the story of Tadia's family in Roman Isca as well as Sarn Helen the Roman road stretching across the Brecon Beacons.
