A 3rd year BA Creative and Therapeutic Arts student from the University of South Wales; Anna Billes, is hosting a storytelling parade called 'The Merqueen Adventure' on Zoom at 2pm on the 16th of May.

The story is based on an old folk story about the Taff River in Pontypridd.

 

In the run up, she is also creating video tutorials for making simple, resourceful and fun costumes and instruments at home in preparation for taking part in the event. 

 

If you look on her Facebook event page (see link below), you will see her introductory video, and her 1st tutorial video for making a merpeople headband!
