Summer 2025 - Magical Mythical Creatures

During this coming Summer Term, our topic is ' Magical Mythical Creatures'

The children are going to be finding out about different mythical creatures, such as the Loch Ness monster, the yeti and in particular dragons and their link to Wales.
In this Science and Technology based topic,  the children will have lots of opportunities to investigate dissolving potions and exploring pneumatics and levers. They will be designing and creating 3D models of their own moving mythical monsters.

We shall of course, be visiting Warner Brothers Studios to experience the magic of Harry Potter! This will provide a wonderful stimulus for the children to create their own instructions for magic potions, dragon poems and play-scripts.
