Autumn - Sparkle and Shine

This term, children will explore celebrations through a play-based approach grounded in personal experience. They’ll be encouraged to share special events from their lives, building a sense of belonging and understanding. Photographs, videos, books, and stories will inspire curiosity, while activities like food tasting and sensory exploration will support engagement with different cultural traditions.

 

The books we will read include 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star', 'Stardust' and 'Little Glow'.

The project introduces early science and technology through experiences that explore light sources and differences in materials.
