Autumn 2024 - Destination Disney

Destination Disney

This term our topic will be ‘Destination Disney’,  the children will be finding out about the use of animation and film making techniques. We shall be focusing on the Disney Pixar film ‘Up’. 

 

As part of our topic we will be finding out about the rainforest. In addition, we will be exploring the impact of deforestation and climate change in our World and how it affects nature and ourselves. 

 

We shall be visiting Folly Farm to look at lots animals especially those from South America. 

 

By the end of the topic, we are hoping that the children will produce their own simple animations inspired by Pixar's Up.
